Creating the “Eyecatcher”

Fielmann created a fun and memorable brand experience to encourage new customers to “try Fielmann”. The bold “Eyecatcher” – a two-story brand home featuring multiple touchpoints – captured everyone’s attention. Inside, visitors discovered the latest sunglasses styles in the festival store, a service station for cleaning and repairing glasses, a photo shooting, a DIY area, and more. Mobile experts were also on site to ensure clear vision for visitors, rescuing and repairing glasses from mosh pits – and putting smiles on many faces.


The result

With this concept, Fielmann not only combined its services and style expertise with the theme of music in an interactive and fun way – the brand also responded directly to the needs of the festival crowd by providing the right products and services to enhance their experience.
