Founded in 1990 by Folkert Koopmans, FKP Scorpio is now one of the largest cultural events promoters in Europe. At the forefront of innovative entertainment, honesty, loyalty and innovation have been the pillars for our growth, as we build long term relations with artists, customers and partners.

Our journey from indie entrepreneur to European wide company has always been driven by our love for music and for creating spaces for people to come together. We strive to create those moments of magic between people that only can be evoked live: whether in an intimate club, theatre, exhibition hall, festival stage or massive stadium.

FKP Scorpio is the touring partner of music legends such as Ed Sheeran, Taylor Swift, The Rolling Stones, James Blunt, Foo Fighters, Kraftwerk, and many more. While we work with the industry’s greatest, fostering exciting young talent and exploring new forms of entertainment is equally important to us. That’s why, in addition to tours, festivals, and shows, FKP Scorpio’s portfolio includes family entertainment, spoken word, comedy, and the gourmet variety theatre Palazzo. The company has also brought record-breaking exhibitions to an ever-growing audience, including the Minecraft Experience, Jurassic World: The Exhibition, Tutankhamun Immersive and The Formula 1: The Exhibition.

Our Values

For us, the old Hanseatic tradition of shaking hands to settle a deal still holds up. Business partners and friends as well as competitors think of us as fair, open-minded and down to earth.

We all love music, and – from apprentice to CEO – we enjoy culture and concerts ourselves. The company was founded out of a love for sharing music and a passion for organizing great events. We cultivate an informal indie attitude at all FKP Scorpio locations without sacrificing our professionalism.

When creating events, we stay innovative and open to try out new concepts. We are always open to talk about problems or difficulties and believe that a good idea should not be kept a secret. We care about our customers and try to not only answer everyone personally but also consider every feedback or criticism thoroughly.
