Best Kept Secret festival targets next generation
For youthful visitors, Best Kept Secret is introducing New Generation tickets in 2025. With these tickets, this target audience (21 years old or younger) will enjoy a generous 30% discount on their weekend or day pass for the festival. This decision was made by the organization due to the continuously rising costs of living, which disproportionately affect the younger generation.
The festival aims to provide support to this demographic, making the festival more accessible to them. Festival director Maurits Westerik on the New Generation tickets: "It truly concerns us in recent years. We communicate and collaborate extensively with students and young people, and for some, attending a festival has become nearly impossible. We want to welcome this group of people and let them experience the beauty of a three-day festival at a lower cost than usual."
